Captain Save A Home LLC is a real estate solutions and investment firm that specializes in finding value added real estate opportunities and executing on those opportunities to revitalize our community. Rebecca and Nick Knox III have known each other since 2012, started their real estate investment company in 2014 and married in December 2018. Both grew up in the Milwaukee County/SE WI area where they currently reside.

Rebecca was a foster child and experienced being homeless for a year after she aged out of the foster care system. She graduated Sum Cum Laude from Bryant & Stratton College with a degree in Business Management and previously worked as a general manager for several businesses as well as being a certified ISO9001 quality manager for over a decade.

Nick was a star athlete at Wisconsin Lutheran High School and received a football scholarship to Northern Iowa Community College where he studied business management. Prior to real estate, he worked in the community through Silver Spring Neighborhood Center and Milwaukee CLC (Children Learning Center) as well as being SPARK certified and a WIAA certified football referee. Nick is also a licensed Wisconsin real estate agent with Premier Point Realty LLC.

Nick and Rebecca were previously Money Coaches teaching financial literacy to teens through Secure Futures. They now actively volunteer with Safe Families of Greater Milwaukee, MADACC and Wisconsin Humane Society. They also created and run the real estate investor hobbyist club, Brew City REI Club as well as Wisconsin Contractor & Handman Club.

Although both spent their childhoods renovating properties with their families, it wasn’t until 2014 that they joined forces, using their combined knowledge and skills to work together in an industry they felt destined to be in.

Combining their familiarity with Wisconsin and active engagement in the Milwaukee and SE Wisconsin market gives the company a distinct advantage.

Captain Save A Home LLC is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and runs a trilogy of groups; Brew City REI Club, Brew City REI Training Café and Wisconsin Contractor & Handyman Club.  Captain Save A Home LLC also offers local real estate investing coaching options through the Brew City REI Training Cafe. Rebecca has also been a featured speaker at Milwaukee REIA, Brew City REI Club, Apartment Association of SE WI (AASEW), WINGS and Milwaukee Hard Money.
