Solving a Pre-Closing Repair Problem in Just One Week

Our property manager, Citywide Rentals, coordinated the work necessary to get the kitchen completed—and got it accomplished in approximately one week.
With the kitchen finished and the lender’s requirement addressed, we were able to keep the transaction moving toward closing.
