Homeowner wanted to get rid of this non-performing rental on the south side of Milwaukee. Tenants hadn’t been paying and had not been taking care of the property. We were able to successfully close this property and get the tenants out before closing. The homeowner was relieved that he was able to sell his investment property as is for a fair price.
